What You Will Do
Seek and identify new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.
Manage and grow existing accounts through organic development.
Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.
Utilize CRM software to efficiently manage and maintain the account base.
Work with leadership team to develop and implement brand marketing strategies.
Boost Dilling Group’s brand awareness and visibility by cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships.
Attend industry events and be well versed in public speaking.
Ability to travel out of town when needed.
What YOU Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or Sales.
2-3 years of experience (or more) in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated team player with a passion for fostering connections with others while driving business growth.
