What You Will Do

  • Seek and identify new business opportunities, presenting tailored solutions to potential clients.

  • Manage and grow existing accounts through organic development.

  • Identify customer challenges and provide effective solutions.

  • Utilize CRM software to efficiently manage and maintain the account base.

  • Work with leadership team to develop and implement brand marketing strategies.

  • Boost Dilling Group’s brand awareness and visibility by cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships.

  • Attend industry events and be well versed in public speaking.

  • Ability to travel out of town when needed.


What YOU Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or Sales.

  • 2-3 years of experience (or more) in business development or sales, preferably in the construction industry.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Self-motivated team player with a passion for fostering connections with others while driving business growth.
