 Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Smartsheet, Bluebeam, Spectrum

  • Experience in project management software. Procore, Building Connected, Plan Hub

  • Ability to analyze data, identify risks, and develop solutions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills.

  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Assist in bid/job number request.

  • Setting up/organizing bid/job folders.

  • Download files from project management software and distribution to subcontractors.

  • Analyzing and evaluating proposals from subcontractors.

  • Print drawings for estimators.

  • Assist in filling out bidding documents.

  • Provide estimation calculation review assistance.

  • Work with estimators on reviewing General Contractor’s legal documentation with Dilling’s legal team.

  • Assist in RFP packages from subcontractors.

Subcontract Management

  • Pre-Qualification of Subcontractors with Certificates of Insurances, W-9.

  • Management of Certificates of Insurance for Subcontractors.

  • Award Subcontractors Letters of Intents.

  • Developing and negotiating subcontract agreements.

  • Managing subcontractor and onboarding processes.

  • Managing change orders and modifications to subcontractors purchase orders.

  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and contract requirements.

  • Using HelloSign for execution of subcontracts.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all subcontract documentation.

  • Assisting accounting with lien waiver process with subcontractors
